Ductwise Duct Cleaning

We had Ductwise clean our ducts out on Friday and were very impressed with the professional way in which they conducted the procedure. They kept us informed of what they were doing and explained why every step of the way. It's now been four days since I dusted and it still looks clean. Before I could dust a few times a day. We would recommend having your ducts cleaned by this company.

Phil and Colton came cleaned our ducts. They were very professional and easy to work with. They went beyond the Call of Duty and removed an old humidifier attached to the furnace which was no longer functioning. I highly recommend their excellent services.

This is the second time I have used Ductwise, and I will continue to use them, and would recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning. Phil is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I feel comfortable knowing that he is going to do a great job, and I'm not going to be talked into any services I don't need. Highly recommend!

They were very polite and informative. They showed me before and after photos of my ducts.

Explained every step, showed me pictures before and after, fixed openings in main trunks, corrected something with my finance to make it more effective . The two service men were wonderful!

After having a main floor renovation done, we called Ductwise to get our ducts and furnace cleaned out before bringing our baby home. Phil and Kyle were very courteous, professional and made every effort to keep the place clean while they worked. They also took the time to explain what was done and gave us an opportunity to observe their work before, during, and after. It is obvious they enjoy their jobs and it was a pleasure to have them in for a thorough cleaning. The price was exactly as quoted by Darlene over the phone (no surprises). We will gladly use their services again.

The guys were super nice and very upfront about the process. The only downfall's were they didn't show up on time(hour and a bit late although a courtesy call prior was appreciated) which affected me taking more time off work to be there. They did not completely clean up as some vents had plastic wrap still on them, vent covers were not put back on a couple vents, and they had left a couple tools of theirs (which I am sure they need yet haven't heard from them yet regarding them) in a couple rooms. Overall, good service and did a great job but felt very unorganized in the execution.
