The team was incredible! They were there on time and got to work immediately! They were great with our multiple animals in the house and warned us when the process was getting noisy so we could calm our pets.
They took the time to assess our home and to explain the process to us. Phil and Kyle thoughtfully answered all of our questions. When there were issues with our dryer vent, there was no attempt to “upsell” us new equipment but he did help us google them from different sites so we understood what we should buy.
The job went well and quickly, with no complications.Kyle showed us the before and after pictures on his phone. What a difference! The after job cleanup was efficient and well done!
We have had this service from other providers over the years but Ductwise Duct Cleaning was the best. Price was reasonable and we got a $20 off discount when we booked an appointment.
We will definitely have Kyle and Phil back to our home.
