I had our ducts cleaned by Ductwise. My home and four of my neighbour's. The owner, Philip and one of his employees showed up on time the day that was scheduled to do all five homes.
Philip walked me through the entire process and explained step by step what he was doing.
Philip inspected the furnace and brought to my attention that I had a leak of some sort. He suggested that I get a HVAC company to inspect and repair the leak. ( I did the very next day)
Philip and his employee were not only polite and very respectful but were courteous and very professional.
Not only did they do a great job but probably saved me more money down the road by detecting the leak.
I would highly recommend Ductwise.
