Jacob and company went to check our issue with our dryer. We thought the problem was about having to clean the duct. When they checked on our dryer machine it turned out that the unit itself was the problem. It needed to be replaced. After all the hustle of driving over, Jacob did not charge us a single cent. We were so shocked. It was so unusual for a business to waive any fee. For sure, we are recommending this company. A very trustworthy and honest one. Thank you Jacob and your buddy.
