I couldn't be more pleased. Both sales and service staff were excellent, not to mention great pricing. However I've since made non slip botties for my Standard Poodle Abbey. I wasn't worried about scratching the floor as it is premium hardwood - only that she wAs slipping and sliding. Grandkids love it as they slide down the hallway. A++++++.
