Bill has just repaired and did the annual Service to our 3 gas fireplaces. He phoned before he came, came right on time and was, friendly, very helpful and explained each step of why it did not work. Bill had all the parts with him, cleaned everything and all 3 Fireplaces were working as new again! Thank you Bill, great to meet you, awesome service and we will certainly keep your card in a safe place.
