Bill was amazing. He was running late so he called me right away which was so nice. He made sure to put a mat down to protect our floors. during the whole process he was explaining how the fire place worked. How to care for it and ways to clean the glass. The fire place is working perfectly now and it looks amazing. Bill goes above and beyond and you cant beat the price. We are now having him do all our rental property too.
