Lawn Troopers

This is my second year contracting Lawn Rangers and its been worth every penny. Years of wasting money on fertilizers and grass seed myself and even years using another lawn service never improved my lawn. One year with Lawn Troopers Lawn Maintenance plan and my lawn is thick, green and weed free. Areas that were previously sparse and weed prone are now looking like never before, thick lush grass. Thanks to Aaron and Cassandra for doing a great job.

Mattan and Jade did a good job cleaning up the massive amount of leaves on my property. After several days of rain, the leaves were soggy and heavy, so their efforts were appreciated. They showed up early and started work right away. Thank you!

I have been a repeat Lawn Troopers customer for 3 seasons. They are a professional, respectful, accountable, and knowledgeable lawn care company who offer an array of top notch services.

My lawn today was Serviced by Mattan and Alex. Polite young men, who came in for my first appointment of the season. They were quick, tidy, and effective. Very appreciative of their professionalism and attention to detail.

I have recommended this company and their services to many family and friends. Keep up the good work!

Matt called to discuss my issues and I can say he was patient, explained what was going on and what happened (how the lack of communication happened; they will fix for next year) and how could they make it right.

He was very professional and I signed back up. They do a great job and I hate mowing the lawn.

...they raised cost for the season with no communication by $400.

I have been a happy customer until yesterday. I had no communication when they were going to start the season (January I received an email stating I had be re-enrolled for the coming season) until they showed up last week. No worries, the season was beginning.

Then they showed up this week. I am on bi-weekly service, not weekly. They apologized, cut my lawn and then I got an email from Sarge that they changed their services to a hybrid weekly for Apr til mid Jun because of growth.

I emailed back and advise I did not want this, I signed up specifically for bi-weekly service and that I could not afford an additional $400 for the service. I got an email response that said they are only doing it for Apr to Jun and they hope it is in my budget.

I had to cancel as it is not and that is there prerogative, however communication is key.

Short - good service, however watch what they are charging you and be ready for no communicated service changes that could cost you.

$82.48 a week vs. $82.48 bi weekly adds up quickly.

Today we got our fertilizer treatment preformed by Amy. She was so quick I didn't even see her but I definitely saw the fertilizer on my lawn. She even left a bag of seeds at my door with an inspection. Can't wait to see results.
