Matt and his team are very responsive. From my initial inquiry to the first full month of service, they've been awesome. I always receive an email before any treatments take place, as well as a weekly email indicating that the lawn has been mowed. On most days, they arrive just after the garbage pickup has occurred. The crew will bring my garbage bins from the curb to the garage door for me! I've also noticed that if there is rain in the forecast, the crew will arrive ahead of it to take care of the lawn, in some instances the day before.
