Poor service and incident charges.
The “I paid for this service” form on this website does not apply to my case. The company took money from my credit card without my authorization.
The crew was more than 1 hour late without any notification, or explanation, or apologies. Lousy work-site management, smoking all the time. Refused to take waste for disposal, which (disposal) was included in service fees. Delivered half of the mulch, they charged my credit card for. Double-charged for the same service, took money from credit card without even providing an invoice and getting my authorization.
My advice - do not deal with the companies like this one, that demand your credit card information up front, "to confirm your credibility", as they say. No, they take you credit card just to charge you for whatever they want. Without even sending you an invoice prior taking your money from your card.

It is with great regret that your experience with us was not a positive one. We have no intention to mislead any of our customers and thrive to provide only the best service. Payment for any spring clean-up is only taken after completion of the work. We apologize the crew was late, we have modified our start times due to the pandemic as we wish not to start work too early and disrupt people that are isolating at home.
