Dave came to inspect an issue with my mother’s house that we were having a hard time diagnosing what was causing the issue. Dave was able to determine what the issue was and told us who we should seek out to fix the issues. Dave also gave referrals to us for contacts that can fix the issues.
Dave was very professional, he was communicating with us throughout the inspection and answering our questions, we was thorough inspecting the property outside and inside and gave us a very thorough summary afterwards.
He was very professional, he wore a mask as he did his inspection, he was quick to respond to my original email and came to visit the property Irgun a day or two of my original email to him. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I just would recommend Dave to my family and friends.
