Dave did a great job to inspect our new condo at Skymark. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and inspected every details including electricity, appliances, heating/cooling systems, water supply, plumbing, building structure such as windows/doors/walls etc. of my unit and gave me a printed and PDF full report on everything he checked, plus alerts and hints of how to deal with them and fix it.
Lakeside Home Inspection is a very trust worth company to ensure your home is in good condition to live and I highly recommend them to everyone.
