Very slow to deliver promised service

It took Dan weeks (3) to get a chimney inspection report to me (that I had a tight insurance company deadline that was missed and so I wasted $250) and only after many emails and texts and promises that weren't met. I understand that service providers get busy etc but don't keep making promises you repeatedly fail to deliver on.
