Not happy at all, you can try your luck and see where it will take you. On our case, we pick a 55/sf quartz and negotiate to 40/sf, somehow Chris was able to raise the price to 75/sf as he mentioned that it was too many cuts (12 rectangle pieces). Also the finish was really bad, they silicone (clear) areas that were supposed to be grouted and now we can see a lot of holes where it supposed be grout. He told us that we can use a utility knife and take the silicone out, but at 75/sf we expect more. For us they didn't work out, hope you have batter luck.

Thank you for your feedback, and I apologize that our service did not meet your expectation.
We had given you the price based on kitchen countertop and we also mentioned that price vary based on colour selections. You told to us that you have done a lot of research in terms of pricing and colour wise, and you decided to go through us because we offered you a better price than other company regardless the project we did for you is very time consuming and we have put a lot of effort behind the scene that you did not realized.
In terms of installation, We used silicon to finish last step of installation which helps prevent water getting through between the seams. We are happy to go back and take off the silicon for you. And if you would like us to use grout to fill up instead we can do that as well, but we will not responsible with future outcomes as we know it is not the standard way doing it.
