Ryan was recommended to me by other neighbors in my area. After calling Ryan directly we booked an appointment for the next day and he not only arrived on time but a few minutes early.
He promptly climb on to our roof and assessed the situation quickly and accurately. That evening I had a confirmed quote on the repair. Unfortunately I had to wait for the weather to clear before Ryan could complete the repair. He always responded to all my phone calls and emails and kept me 'in the loop' on when he would be arriving once the weather cleared.
I would recommend Ryan and Impact Roof Works to anyone, especially family and friends.
