Weve used this company twice now for two different homes. This project was a full gut and basement and we couldnt have been happier. Our family was waiting to move in and this company was incredible with their communication and sticking to our timeline! They were so kind to our kids when we came to visit and everyone on site was respectful of our questions and took time to explain things that were beyond our knowledge when it came to the build. All tradespeople were extremely professional and thoughtful when it came to where and how to install all items and took extra care when it came to our speciality items that I know were more challenging to install, but they always made things work and always made sure that our vision of the space came through.
They were also responsible and respectful when it came to health and safety.

I was looking to refurbish my rear deck and add a hot tub. Several contractors came and quoted what I asked but Tomer from Living Construction took the time to look at what was needed and suggest what was best for me for the long term. I appreciated the honesty and detailed quote, he knew it would be more than the others but had the integrity to not quote me on a job he knew would not be worthwhile in the long run. The team did the job exactly as I asked and was quoted, using quality materials and in a timely manner. During the build I was consistently asked for my input and approval as the build progressed. Extremely satisfied with the end result and already have a few neighbors looking to hire them.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my renovation. Living Construction was exceptional. Everyone was punctual, respective and helpful throughout the entire reno.

Replaced 6'by4' deck with 10' by 17' raised deck (2nd floor) fully modernized, customized with glass sides. Everything I wanted, to exact details. Deck is sturdy, beautiful and long lasting. Easy to work with.

Tomer was a pleasure to work with. He and his team designed and built a stunning PVC deck with railing for our backyard. He was knowledgeable, reliable, always punctual and very responsive. He was also flexible and willing to meet our needs to work within our budget. I would highly recommend Living Construction and expect to use them again.

Tomer was very patient with us as we modified and changed our minds about our design plans. His work was of high quality, his team was very nice to work with, the project was done quickly and they always left the site clean.

Tomer and his crew demolished an old back porch and replaced it with a larger, beautifully designed and built new one, plus a complementary back yard fence.

Tomer is an experienced professional. He takes time to listen to what you want, explains the process, and checks in during the construction, follows up immediately on any questions, and signs off on the project only when you are happy with the final product. His crew is hardworking, friendly, respectful, and also happy to answer any questions.
