I can't thank Manny and his team enough. Our unfinished basement in our 100 year old Toronto home was a disaster. Manny took the time to answer our questions and walk us through various plan that could work for our space. The team was incredibly hard-working. They were extremely reliable and always showed up when they said they would. Once the job was complete, Manny took care of all of the paperwork - including printing and filling out applications for various city subsidies for the work he completed. I can't recommend Manny enough!

Manny and his team were fantastic to work. We hired him to do interior waterproofing in our basement, install a back water valve, sump pump, and plumbing for a basement bathroom and laundry room. We were on a very tight timeline as we were expecting a second child and the work had to get down before any of the basement renos could proceed. Manny changed around his schedule for us and got it all done in less than two weeks after hiring him. He was also a great help in general for our basement reno outside of the plumbing offer some sound practical design recommendations. This is a team that goes above and beyond.

Manny and his team came to my house to diagnose a long standing problem with sewer gas smells in my home on an intermittent basis, along with correcting a few venting issues and some incorrectly installed plumbing. They were great, they identified some potential causes quickly and started correcting things one step at a time and eventually they were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem, im happy to report i am no longer having an sewer gas issues and the rest of my plumbing is all functioning correctly now.

The crew are all very pleasant and clean, they put drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished, they also clearly communicated with me before and after all work.

Manny and his team replaced our concrete driveway, installed interior waterproofing, a sump pump and backwater valve in our basement; they also did plumbing for laundry and rough-in for the bathroom, as well as replacing the old cast iron drain stack and drainage pipe. Manny and his team put in long hours and finished the job quickly. Manny took the time to explain everything to us and made sound recommendations in order to prevent future problems. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed. We will not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

We asked Manny to quote some work for us to replace our aging sump pumps with a battery backed up solution, as well as to help us with a small amount of water that was leaking into our basement. He clearly explained his recommendation to me, and within 48 hrs he had prepared a detailed quote for my review.

We went ahead with the work a few months later, and Manny and his team were extremely courteous and professional throughout the process. Everything was completed on schedule, and was I was especially impressed that Manny took the time to demonstrate how the system worked, and how we could test both the primary and battery backup sump pump each year.

Overall I would highly recommend Viper for any work of this type.

Following a drain leak in an upstairs bathroom, we had two different plumbers look at the issue. Both recommended the replacement of the drain plumbing in its entirety and hiring a contractor. We hired a contractor on the basis of a friend's recommendation, which included a strong recommendation for Viper Home Services, who worked with that contractor.

Manny of Viper was great. His communication was clear, he responded in a timely fashion, and he took the time to explain the kind of work that needed doing. At no point was there any mystery about what kind of work we might be facing or what the cost might be.

He replaced all drain plumbing in the upstairs bathroom, installed the tub and rough-in and supply plumbing as needed. He noted that our kitchen sink plumbing was faulty and not properly vented and addressed that. He replaced the old cast iron drain stack, and upon a video inspection, suggested replacing the stack elbow. We took him up on that job too and he removed the elbow (mm thin in some spots!) and poured the concrete around the drain stack. He also replaced a toilet gasket and replaced faulty laundry taps.

All work seemed to be quality. All work was quick. His prices were reasonable. When one minor issue did pop up, he came back and fixed it within 24 hours.

Based on his assessment of our plumbing, we have a couple of other projects that we will take on in the next couple of years (properly placed floor drains and a backflow valve). He will be our first choice.

We've recommended him and his company to friends and will continue to do so.

Manny and his team did excellent work on this project. The team was extremely professional and helpful, and worked efficiently and completed their part of the project within the expected timeframe. I received fantastic and very professional service and recommend Carlos from Viper Home Services without reservation. This past Saturday Carlos came to our home to install a new faucet. While doing so it became clear that he would have to take some time to reroute the plumbing drain because a new sink had also been installed. Although this was unexpected it was not a problem for Carlos. As he worked efficiently he took me through each step, explaining as he went along, returning each tool as he worked and cleaning as he went. It was all fantastic. Now, not everyone hovers over the tradesperson as I do, and some could find it off putting, but not Carlos. He welcomed my many questions and was able to respond each time in a clear and coherent way which gave me confidence in his abilities. When he was finished the job site was clean and tidy. The faucet is working well as is the drain. Thank you to Carlos for a job well done! I will be using him again for one future project that I currently have in mind.
