We asked Manny to quote some work for us to replace our aging sump pumps with a battery backed up solution, as well as to help us with a small amount of water that was leaking into our basement. He clearly explained his recommendation to me, and within 48 hrs he had prepared a detailed quote for my review. We went ahead with the work a few months later, and Manny and his team were extremely courteous and professional throughout the process. Everything was completed on schedule, and was I was especially impressed that Manny took the time to demonstrate how the system worked, and how we could test both the primary and battery backup sump pump each year. Overall I would highly recommend Viper for any work of this type.
