Our reno project is still ongoing. After our complaint has been delivered and the issues were identified, the business owner has stepped in and started to focus all resources on our project. They easily make 50K on monthly management fee purely by keeping on delaying the project, not including PST/GST. The service they provide is terrible, never heard about such a poor service from anyone I know. Try to avoid this company if you are not prepared to be onsite three times a week and to often beg them to finish your project. What they told you when convincing you to sign the contract contradict with what they have done. Now it's been one year since we signed the contract. Here is what they told me: Hood fan model I selected half a year ago can's be installed; the ideal look of the farmers sink I picked half a year ago can not be achieved; I caught the subcontractor using cheaper painting products; two niches out of three framed wrong size; waterlines still needs to reroute, and a lot more..... Definitely not recommend to friends, actually not recommend to anyone who is in Vancouver!
