I would absolutely recommend Chris's home inspection service! We were looking at a two bedroom, two bath apartment in an older building. Chris was flexible to meet us at 8am and was very thorough in the home inspection from getting up onto the buildings roof, water room, parkade, and in every detail of the specific condo unit. He welcomed questions and provided great insight that will save us money going forward. The report came on time with great detail, pictures and easy to follow colour coded system. Thank you Chris!

We just bought our first detached home. Despite our inexperience, Chris was very friendly and gave us snippets of what he found as he went through the various rooms. Then at the end when he did the walkthrough, he was very thorough and patient with our questions and even gave us a lot of his personal insights. I was touched that Chris took so much time with the inspection that he even sacrificed his lunch time and only took a quick bite before his next appointment. To top it off, he even called after 2 weeks to check with us with we had any questions. Such is professionalism and dedication to his work, I highly recommend Chris, never will I use another inspector.
