He was already at the property the day of the inspection and took me around for a verbal assessment, explaining everything carefully, with a honest view of all the nooks and crannies that are not obvious to the untrained eye. Chris was recommended by a realtor, we were looking at a house and he was able to accommodate our timeline. I met Chris at the house and he went over everything with us and then emailed a detailed report the following day. His inspection discovered a number of issues that the current home owners had not disclosed nor were even aware of in a couple of the items. We ultimately decided to pass on the house as the costs associated with the repairs were substantial. Chris was great to deal with, professional and thorough we will use him again for the next place.

Chris was recommended to us through our realtor for a pre-purchase inspection of a 2 bedroom unit in downtown and he did not disappoint. He was punctual, thorough and efficient. He tested every component of the unit (electrical, mechanical, structural, etc.) and would provide live feedback as he completed each steps. He took time to address all our questions on specific items and concluded the inspection with a verbal report and confirmation on viability of the unit before we committed to the purchase (which met our tight timelines). He then followed up the next day with a more thorough written report for the record. He had a wealth of knowledge about the area and the surrounding buildings which kept the session informative and interesting. Overall very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Chris.
