Chris was fantastic in doing a pre-inspection for us on a 3 storey townhouse. He did the outside, then reviewed the issues with us, then proceeded to do each floor. After he had done each floor, he gave us a verbal overview of the good and the bad.
We did not end up purchasing the townhouse, but will definitely use Chris for our next inspection. Extremely thorough, he took about 400 pictures and was patient with all the questions we asked.
We can't say enough about how impressed we are with Chris and his knowledge!
