Hi Jamie, Buying an older house can come with surprises if you're not careful. At Haystack Home Inspection we work to reveal as many of those issues as possible. Having to pay a remediation company to remove fiber ceiling tiles is a little less painful when the sellers have helped pay for it, through a lower purchase price.
