Josh answered his phone! Upon texting photos, I had an approx. price within minutes. His actual estimate came in about 33% lower than a competitor. He showed up as scheduled with a co-worker. They worked diligently, laid a heating cable we purchased in the eavestrough for us, cleaned up nicely, the product colour matches the house and appears to be performing well.
