He provided a competitive and thorough quote, was responsive with all my questions and completed the work as promised with no surprises. The actual work was impeccable and the team was great at ensuring there was limited disruption to us during this period. The work was completed on time and I have absolutely no hesitation in referring them to anyone. We absolutely love our new floors!
