Luxury Window Coverings

I got my blinds done in 2015 and initially wrote a raving review. Adriano was great, came to our house quickly, blinds were ready fast, and his brother in law came and did a quick and clean installation - we were happy. The price we paid for these blinds was a bit higher than other companies, but we decided to go with them because we got the impression that we'd get great customer service.

I guess customer service is great when they want to get your business, after that, if something goes wrong it's a nightmare.

We had one small issue, which I didn't make a big deal of. When they came to install the blinds, the clutch was on the wrong side on one of the blinds - we needed it moved. I contacted Adriano by phone and text MULTIPLE times about this and my goodness - excuse after excuse (as many other previous posters have also written about). One time I even stayed home from work as he said he was coming, and he then called me saying he got rear ended..... I would have kept following up but unfortunately with a wedding, new babies and work it's extremely hard to chase after someone who clearly doesn't care once the job is done.

I actually didn't come online today to write this review, I was looking for an alternate Maxxmar dealer as I need additional blinds and a friend is looking for a recommendation. Sad to say I won't be recommending this company.

I just finished getting my blinds installed and had to write a review as this was a great experience. I called and visited other companies for blinds, none provided me with the advice and guidance that Adriano did. He clearly explained all of the options and provided a recommendation that ultimately we went with - the end result is AMAZING! Adriano made himself available right away, and after hours (which was super convenient for me) and took his time to explain the options and the process. We got our blinds installed today - by the time I took down privacy blinds in my basement, the complete first floor's blinds were installed. There was no mess, no noise, and overall this was a super easy process. So happy with the end result, can't wait to show them off. Will definitely recommend Adriano to my family and friends.
