Manu was very helpful. He helped us pick two vanities and counter tops that went well with our tiles. He was very accommodating and ensured that everything will be delivered before we begin the renovations. I would strongly recommend Vision Vanities and Manu.

We were looking to replace our bathroom vanities. After looking at several places in the GTA, we were not satisfied with the vanities that were available...then we came upon vision vanities & bath decor. Manu was very helpful and so was the office staff. We found that the quality of the vanities was superior to the other places we visited and the price was very competitive. We also found matching mirrors and a rain shower that was simple yet effective and diversified. The merchandise was delivered on time and we had no issues with the products. We were satisfied with the interaction with Manu and the quality, workmanship of the vanities.
Overall we had a very good experience at Vision Vanities & Bath Decor. I agree with some of the other reviews that they are quite busy and you might have to wait awhile but in the end it was worth it.

I stumbled upon Vision Vanities after being extremely disappointed with another company. Manu turned around my nightmare into a pleasant experience. He understood our needs and taste and suggested accordingly. He is genuine and honest. There were a few hiccups with delivery but Manu always answered my calls and texts, and ensured that everything was made right in the end. They are so so busy at Vision so understandably you have to be patient with them. But man is it worth it in the end. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE, QUALITY and MANU and PAUL. They also suggested a great source for tiles and paint. I Highly recommend them.

We went to Vision Vanities and Shaam was very knowledgeable and friendly in helping us in picking the choice of vanity. The vanity looks amazing and the quality is excellent. We like it so much we went back and get the second vanity with the help of Manu and Shaam. They both were very helpful and friendly. We recommend Vision Vanities to any one.

I had an amazing experience with Manu and his team. They custom made 2 vanities for our home and they were an excellent price and great quality. I would recommend Vision Vanities to all my friends and family. They had great customer service!

We wanted a specific colour and style of vanity so needed to get one custom made. Vision Vanities had get selection and we were able to get ours in under one week. That's where our satisfaction stopped. For a specific reason we had requested on type of handle for the drawers and a different style for the cupboard. When we got the vanity home, it came with the same fitting on each. All attempts I made to get the problem rectified including speaking directly to our sales person Katy were politely ignored with no follow up to my phone calls. They still haven't been fixed. I give VV a good score for product but a failing score for customer service.

Good prices but they come at a cost.. They do not know how to talk to customers and treat them nicely once the deal is done. Specially Manu, he does not respond to your calls after he gets your business.. The girls in the office are nice and helped me resolve my issue.. I am not willing to recommend as I dont want anyone else to go through same experience.. would pay $20 more somewhere and get better service or respect
