I found Cody professional, pleasant and capable. He was the only contractor out of 8 that I called that answered his phone right away. Better yet, he was willing to drive across the city to have a look at both my furnace and hot water issue right away (basement shower had no hot water). He charged a very fair rate and explained exactly what the problem and solution was.
I have no hesitation recommending him to other home owners.
