These guys were unbelievable! They arrived exactly on time (after a warning call when they were 10km away) and worked literally non-stop until the job was done. I couldn't believe how hard they worked at making sure everything was done efficiently and well. Nothing was lost or damaged (including the walls and floors) - they were very respectful of boxes marked "fragile," and came fully equiped with floor runners, lots of furntiture pads, mattress bags, etc. The guys were very sociable and just seemed like they were there to help and make sure everything went smooth. We really couldn't have asked for better movers and would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Very punctual, very careful moving my home with virtually no damage to my property, very courteous. Dwayne and Steve both worked very hard, and did not slow down in spite of having to carry everything down 4 sets of stairs. They had reasonable rates, and definitely delivered quality service. I would call them again when I move next.

Alexander came by our house and gave us a ballpark idea of how many hours it would take, to say the least we were impressed with his customer-service-first attitude. Steve and his team showed up on moving day. We had picked a tough day to move (first snow day of the year), but despite the challenging weather conditions, he and his team was extremely careful in wrapping our furniture and efficient. It was a long day, but i felt that the level of service was consistently top notch, start to finish. I've had used movers before but these guys are of a different breed. We moved a two bedroom suite and I would highly recommend Word of Mouth Movers to my family and friends! Alexander visited my home prior to the move to discuss my moving needs and how to pack the fragile items. The movers were punctual, experienced, carefully wrapped my furniture and sealed my mattresses in mattress bags. My glass table was handled with care. No scratches on my furniture. The crew was extremely professional and accommodating, all my furniture was carefully wrapped and there wasn't a single scratch! Even with all their care, they were EXTREMELY quick, and they make sure you get the most out of the hours you paid for! They even managed to squeeze a piano move in on the same day!

I normally don't look forwarde to moving, nether does my wife, but not this time. We lucky to have come across Alexander from Word Of Mouth Moving. We heard about him from a good friend who was very satisfied with his move.
Alexander visited our home a month before the move. He spent a good portion of time giving us good advice on how to pack and other tips without them the move would be difficult. On the day of the move he came in on time, he was prepared with boxes, strings and plastic sheets to wrap the antique desks and dinning table. Exactly on time the furniture arrived on our new condo. The price was very reasonable, actually 20% better than the price we paid couple of years before. Nothing damaged. We are very pleased with Word of Mouth Movers. I recommend him highly to anyone thinking of moving. This move wasn't stressful at all.

I moved locally within Milton. These guys came here from Toronto and did not charge extra. They came ontime and were highly professional. Jason and Drew moved all of my items. I was specifically worried about this large hutch that has been in the family for years. I watched as they wrapped this piece and all other pieces seamlessly. The move took about 10 hours which was to be expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to relocate.
