I called Sam about a problem with our furnace. He gave me a few suggestions over the phone to fix the problem before coming by to take a look, which saved us the cost of a service call! Such integrity! We will be calling Climax for any future needs.

After being completely messed around by Reliance and facing one of the first heatwaves this summer, Climax Heating and Cooling were quick to respond, easy to work with, and very professional. They provided a competitive quote, were honest and realistic with availability of systems and timing of installation. They were happy to work around our schedule with regards to some landscaping we wanted to do as well. The final installation was a very neat job and the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They remained responsive even after the job was complete when I had some questions about how things were working. Highly recommend!

I called around to various HVAC repair services, and got through go someone at Climax named Sam. It was a Sunday morning and we already suffered through a hot Saturday. Sam offered to come out later in the day, and was there within two hours. We had the house cooling in one more hour later! Ah, we so needed it, and we’re appreciative that Sam could come out on the weekend. The system needed a little over 2 lbs of coolant. Sam was nice throughout, careful and thoughtful and helped us understand our options.

Called Climax in the morning for my a/c that stopped working and Sam was at my place by 2pm, diagnosed and replaced faulty part in less than 20 minutes! Great company and great service by Sam!, highly recommended. My a/c is now running perfectly, good to have an experienced person like Sam to deal with especially during these humid days...thank you!

My AC stopped working so I reached out to Climax Heating and Air Conditioning. Sam came over and diagnosed the problem. As I expected, both my heating and ac had to be replaced. It was a difficult job due to the nature of the building. Sam and his team worked tirelessly and did an incredible job. Professional from beginning to end. Everything was explained to me and I knew what to expect, no surprises. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Don’t hesitate.

My house air conditioning broke down. Called the company around 9 pm. Next day MO and his partner showed up in the morning. Knew what could be a problem, confirmed and rectified. 30 minutes later I had my AC working again.
