My fan coil was blowing cold air when it was set on heat mode. We had already figured out that it was the actuator that was faulty. I contacted Sam and he was able to come the same night, within 2 hours, 8pm on a holiday Monday! He replaced it within 15 mins and was friendly and professional.

Will definitely call him again if we need any more work or parts.
