Our air conditioner stopped working, and we were hoping it would've been a simple repair. The owner Sam came out to diagnose the issue. At first he thought only the capacitor needed to be replaced.
But on closer inspection he saw refrigerant was leaking. His recommendation was not to waste money on a temporary fix that would need to be addressed again next year. He advised it was best to replace with a new high-efficiency unit and also spend a little extra on a new, bigger coil for better air flow.
We put our trust in him, and believe his advice was wise. The next day, 2 of his technicians came to do the installation. The techs and Sam are professional and courteous. I recommend this company and would not hesitate to call on them again for HVAC services. Thank you Sam.
