Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Needed a technician to install smart thermostat. Sam did a quick review of the furnace and advised its OLD and could lead to issues in the winter. Since I just lived into this house, I appreciated the added advice. Sam installed the thermostat quickly and ensured it worked on both heat and a/c.
