We have an old AC that needed service a couple of different occasions. In 2020, our AC wasn't producing enough cold air. I called a couple of places for check/repair. 2 other places came in didn't even bother to look into the problem when they saw the AC. They told us it's not worth fixing or not fixable as it's too old.
Sam came and he carefully checked our AC and fixed the problem very quickly. 4 years on, the AC is still producing cool air for our house.
We needed Sam's help 2 more times for different problems and every time he arrived on time and fixed the problem for us. He always explain things upfront, charges fairly and never rush me into purchase or upgrade. I am extremely happy with Sam's service and highly recommend him for any AC/Furnace need.
