Carlos was very friendly and explained everything properly and fixed the problem (so far!), we appreciated his great service and efficiency!

The repair technician was extremely friendly and courteous, both in the home and on the phone. He took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the component being replaced and general maintenance concerns with bothe fridge and freezer appliances. Much better service than if I had to deal with the original store where the appliances were purchased.

Technician found small plastic piece in drain pump and removed it. To have found this It required the entire machine to be dis installed and then reinstalled This was done carefully, efficiently and cleanly. I am very satisfied

Water discharge pump needed replacement as well as the door gasket. The service person was friendly, informative and did a great job.

Tech called ahead to advise on ETA, professional and friendly, knowledgeable about the repair, included me on the repair process (discussed preventative maintenance and showed me what was wrong), left the work site clean.

Very knowledgeable serviceman. As well as repairing the dryer he also showed us how to properly clean lint channels and maintain them. Replaced needed parts and explained the reason for the problem to us. We are happy with the cost of the repair, much cheaper than replacing it.
