Technician very personable and advised what steps he was doing as he repaired fridge. Was surprised at his rate of £250
On cleaning fridge found mark on side of left hand door and higher up nick out of the wooden piece between fridge and kitchen cupboards. Please contact me regarding this. M3c 5c4

The technician was very courteous and helpful and made the necessary repairs very efficiently. He was also extremely tidy and took care to protect the hardwood flooring while he was repairing the fridge.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Our dryer was not producing any heat. The heating element needed to be replaced. The technician was professional and courteous. He gave an estimate prior to investigation so we had some idea of cost. The cost was pricy but work was good. Not happy with price but happy with service.

Bosch dishwasher was filling with water when not running. They replaced a valve and /or solenoid that turns the feed water off. Fixed. One month warranty on the part.

The company sent out a technician the day after I called and was very professional. The part took a while to arrive, but the job was well done. I was surprised to learne the company gives a $25 coupon off the labour to seniors, which I did not even know about. All in all I will definitely use them again.

I had called on Feb.12.2016 in the morning and had requested a service for my bloomberg dishwasher because it was not draining. I was surprised when Ally told me that she could send somebody that same day! So we booked a time and the technician (Etgar) arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He described to me that the inlet valve had to be replaced, and he had given me a reasonable quote. Although it took a couple of days for the part to come in, they had called me to book an installation and again ETGAR had come and made sure everything was working before he left. Very professional service. I would recommend this service to anyone!

I felt that the service was very professional and although they could not replace the parts on the spot, they were able to explain to me the issue and return the part a day later with installation.
The repair technician was very polite and knowledgable and I would highly recommend them for any washing machine repairs.

Ali came out to our office the same day I made the call. He was a super nice guy & very professional. Although he wasn't able to fix our dishwasher on the spot, he explained everything to me.
