Heritage Lane Renovations completed an ENTIRE home renovation for us in Georgetown, ON in 2015 and we are THRILLED with it. Shawn moved walls, replaced over 2,000 sq ft of flooring, installed a new kitchen and three bathrooms, built a basement apartment, added a front entrance portico and supervised all new plumbing and electrical installation. He was pleasant, competent, industrious and professional. Shawn used his extensive knowledge in all aspects of renovation and home building to guide us throughout the entire decision making process and he continues to work with us on some additional exterior projects. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Heritage Lane for any home renovations or new builds.

We hired Shawn -Heritage Lane Renovations to completely redo our basement. The jobs involved taking down walls, putting up new walls. putting up a new ceiling with pot lights, redoing flooring and finishing a laundry room. Shawn is a perfectionist and his workmanship is impeccable, he provided us with several options gave us a detailed quote with costing. Shawn was very organized, stayed on schedule and provided us with regular updates throughout the project.
