Dear homeowner we simply feel terrible regarding the late delivery on your door. You have chosen to use a private user name tag on your review. We have had only one instance like this recently and within the last 2-3 years. Please note unless you let this site know who you are I can only assume you are that one customer. So assuming that please remember you asked for some credit towards your door costs .
You also ordered exterior shutters which we had offered free of charge approx (600.00). We deleted this from your bill. You then asked us for an additional 20% discount on the door itself which we complied with immediately. It's obvious these requests that were met were not enough to quell your discontent after reading the worst review we have ever had as a company. As you can see by the other reviews this is not a thing we are use to.The door was not a common unit and we had difficulty with some of our suppliers and had to reorder some of the components which were delayed by finishing process, holiday shutdowns etc. Please note we make no excuses for our delayed performance and we still feel terrible about it. We are simply not use to these kind of delays or poor reviews. We promise to learn from our mistakes and if you have any issues with the door , locks etc please let us know we will come out to service the problem asap. Again our deepest apologies.
