Initially there was a scheduling mix up, but overall great customer service and results. My white couch was quite dirty after a number of moves and 2 young kids. Whiles it's not "like new", it is definitely an improvement.

First time to have our ducts cleaned. The technician Brad was courteous and respectful. He was sure to let me know that he was on his way from a previous job. We just finished a renovation so our ducts we're extremely dusty. Turns out our furnace motor was in need of a thorough cleaning as well. Brad took care of all this. Our home is now warm and comfortable. No more burning smells.

Ravine Alael kept me up to date on when he would come as there was a logistical problem. He was prompt and courteous. Explained everything he was doing and did efficiently. Thank you

Scheduling an appointment was easy. I was given a call before they arrived in the expected time frame. Brad was wonderful in explaining the services and costs. It was a pleasant experience.

We booked through Home Depot. Had duct cleaning done in morning ($270). My main issue with this service is that the work done and equipment used is nothing like that shown in the video on Steam Dry's website. Vents are not covered, only high pressure air used at vents / nothing like shown in video, no inspection done of furnace or air exchange unit, some debris left in furnace area and around some vents, cheap furnace filter provided that I'd never use. Not very impressed with this service. Company recommended doing the ducts in the morning before the carpet cleaning.

Carpet cleaning was booked for 12-4pm window but truck eventually arrived at 4:17pm. Cleaning was completed around 5:45pm ($218). Carpets were still wet at 10:30pm which is unacceptable. Work done was acceptable... cleaner worked hard and did a good job. Lesson learned.. don't book carpet cleaning for an afternoon.

Brad was our technician and he was on time, did a great job, very honest and we will totally recommend Steam Dry to all our family and friends. Great job and we are very happy!!

We scheduled a carpet cleaning today and the technician that came to service us was JUAN ARACENA. He was absolutely LOVELY. He was quick but thorough and was very mindful with taking on and off the plastic boot sleeves to keep our floors clean. He gave us some tips for ongoing maintenance and had a friendly positive demeanor. We would definitely recommend HIM as a preferred technician to other friends and families.
