We had an issue where the water wasnt draining quickly from the sink and tub. The plumber came to check by using a camera snake through the basement toilet. The solution was to rip up the sidewalk and check the pipes outside which we are still looking into. Some time after there was water that came through the bottom of the toilet into the basement washroom. It was clear that the toilet wasnt reattached properly. After contacting this plumber he notified us the price to look at the issue would be $400. No way Im paying that for an issue that he created in the first place by not reattaching the toilet correctly.
