From the first phone call to having Richard show up, nothing but professional! Extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Richard inspected, and then detailed everything he noticed and made suggestions. There was no pressure or up selling he just wanted to be sure I was fully informed. Richard installed a one way door so the squirrels living in my attic could get out. I would highly recommend The Exterminators or Wildlife Shield for any and all pest control problems.
