I bought my Miele vacuum from Marco at Vacuums Plus when they were on Spadina in downtown Toronto. He sold me what I needed, not what I *thought* I needed or what was the priciest. And I am so happy I listened to him! I love my vacuum. I have also always loved the service from Vacuums Plus - they answer all of my questions and even keep track of when I need to change my air filter.
Sadly for me, they have moved to Vaughn. I had an issue with my wand and didn't know what to do - I didn't want to go to a different vacuum place. I called and they took care of me!
Even though I don't live anywhere near them, I will continue to get my vacuum serviced at Vacuums Plus.
