Don't Call Anyone Else; Don't Get Ripped Off
Our basement carpet was riddled with waves and wrinkles and the original installer refused to fix it. The first carpet repair company I called arrived at my home, looked at the two large rooms to be fixed, and quoted me $2800. I was stunned and said thanks anyway. I called Carpet Repairs Only and a very nice man spent nearly 5 hours in my basement. The cost was less than $400. The work is guaranteed for 7 years and I couldn't be more pleased. The carpet is tight and looks the way it should have in the first place. Do not hesitate to use this company, and do not pay more than you should; there is another carpet repair company that I am not allowed to name, that is charging thousands to do the same job.
