I hired Empress Cleaning to thoroughly clean a house that i was getting ready to paint and sell.
The girls did an amazing job not missing one spot in the whole house clean floors to ceiling it was spotless!
The guys did a fantastic job cleaning the duct work and the tile floors which i thought would never look good again!
I will continue to use Empress Cleaning for all my cleaning details

Empress Cleaning services has been looking after my home for a while now. They cleaning team are prompt and courteous and do a great job. Mixed up the dates, came late, was going to get carpets done was told $160 at the most then was told no no that's was $160 to $200.. Duct cleaning... They didn't do all the vents yet I was charged for them left dust and dirt around most of the vents so I had to clean it up... called and talked to the ladies at the office all that was said was "we will take you off our calling list" Great customer service.... I THINK NOT!!!!!! NOT HAPPY... Im sure there are better companies in the city

I would not hire this company again. They arrived late to do a home cleaning. A team of young staff with little to no supervision or any apparent coordinated plan. Job was not fully finished and the owner was unwilling to refund even part of the cost.

I was very impressed with this company. Their first clean was not quite to the depth that I wanted and they took my comments to heart and now I am happy each time they clean. They are prompt, flexible and friendly!
