Royal Work waterproofed our foundation (detached home), installed a sump pump, and backwater valve a year ago. We waited a year to post this so we can see how the work has stood up to all four seasons. We've been extremely happy with the results. The team arrived on schedule everyday, strategically worked around the house with care, and left daily as if they were never there. There was no clean up required when the project was done. The team would inform us of any foundation damage and repair it before continuing their work. Our basement is leak-free and humidity levels have drastically lowered over the warm seasons.
