Dan Storm HVAC

Dan installed my furnace & AC 6 years ago after I experienced some issues with my AC unit. The AC worked for about 3-4 years and then started losing the ability to cool the house. Dan came by to do a service call and installed a sealer, which cost me $200. That lasted for a few months and then I had to call and text him upwards of 20 times before I got him to come back and repair his first failed repair job. Prior to doing it the second time, he said he understood what the problem was and that it would cost $500 to repair - keep in mind this is his own work that gave rise to the problem. I texted him no less than 20 times to fix it properly and he gave me nothing but excuses. In short, don't waste your time or money on Dan.
