Engaged GVRD to resurface rooftop deck. Due to shoddy workmanship, they created a very serious, and new, problem. They hacked away a bit, hoping it would go way, then blamed the problem on interior plumbing. Had to bring in another contractor to do the job properly and were able to confirm the cause of the problem created by GVRD Roofing. Is now heading to court as they will not accept accountability for the problem they created. All the while, they were very cavalier about showing up when they say they will, nothing but excuses. I could go on and on. Simply stay away from these guys.
