Paul quickly assessed and indicated the replacement parts were only obtainable under the owner’s lifetime product warranty. We followed through accordingly and Paul quickly installed the remedy. Now we feel more confident (we’re a household of left thumbs :)) that we could do so ourselves if other cabinets of ours require the same simple fix in the future. Thank you Paul for your expert advice, install and teaching!

The soft close on our garbage drawer was broken. In order to repair it the entire inside unit had to be replaced. Initially the job was not done by Paul and I was disappointed with the end result. Paul came himself and fixed it to my satisfaction. He wanted to ensure I was satisfied which I really appreciated.

Kitchenfix put it back together again with heavy duty high quality euro designed hinges. Impressed ... so had a few more doors upgraded as well. The service was prompt and professional. For what we had done, the price was just right.

Called Paul, as I have done in the past to fix some issue in the kitchen. He was responsive, detailed and fixed everything efficiently. He's the only one to call for these issues.

Paul was excellent to deal with. He responded right away and was on time with with the work he did. The drawer was repaired on site and is as good as new. He installed the end of the cabinet a couple of weeks later. Perfect job!
