An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had a basement bathroom (5 ft x 10 ft) for mudding/taping. Jamie answered our text message in less than an hour, provided a quote the next day, and contracted Mike for the work.
We were more than pleased to have Mike to work at our house. He was punctual, very polite, discrete, and respectful of all (including the cat!). He was the model employee/contractor one would like in their house.
As I'm usually the one receiving contractors at home, I'm more mindful of having men in the house. Mike would be without a doubt recommended to all my friends and colleagues as I would be strongly inclined in working with him and your company again!
