I called this company after calling GE's recommended repair company. compared to the other company the response and customer service was excellent and outstanding the guy i spoke to was not rude or sound tired like the other company. i explained my complain and he was able to assure me that he was going to send someone out the next day to check out my fridge.
Eric called me the next day to let me know he will be coming to my house in less than 40min which he did, it was not long before he detect the fault and he immediately informed me, he went away and came back the next day to fix it and my fridge has been okay since then.
Eric sounded confident of what he was saying and he was also very professional.
i will recommend him again and again if i need to anytime.
